Privacy Policy

Anrocook is an online shop for everyday kitchen tools, based in Slovenia. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us when you visit our store or place an order. We handle it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect what we need to run the shop and send your order:

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address
• Your order details, such as products, prices and order history
• Account details if you create an account
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email
• Basic device and browsing information, only if you accept cookies

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider.

• To process, pack and deliver your order
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates
• To answer your questions and handle returns
• To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure
• To understand how the shop is used and improve it, if you agree to cookies
• To send you news and offers, only if you sign up for them

We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us run the shop: our payment provider, delivery companies, our e-commerce platform and hosting provider, and analytics tools if you accept cookies. Each of them may use your data only to provide their service to us.

We use essential cookies to keep your bag and checkout working. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page.

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Contact messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• See the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or limit how we use it
• Receive a copy of your data to take elsewhere
• Withdraw your consent at any time, for example to newsletters or cookies

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

Our store uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to your data is limited to the people and partners who need it to serve you.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
